Career Contessa –  A hiring platform that really an advice and coaching platform with a job board as an ad-on.  Kind of like having a female mentor from a leadership position, this is an extremely active platform. Creative, logistic, techie and more jobs available.  It also offers coaching, webinars, podcasts and just general soul food for the feminine job seeker. The job board isn’t the most intuitive but it’s pretty solid and comes from a reliable place.

Tech ladies – As the title indicates this website promotes and advocates for ladies in all aspect of tech including engineering, design, product management and more.  Its an extremely active job board, with over 120,000 ladies counted as members according to the site and postings updated almost every hour.  Many big companies such as Zapier, Slack, Etsy, Buzzfeed and more find themselves posting here.  They also offer networking and professional development on this site which again, ads to its value.

AFWA – Accounting and Financial Women’s Alliance – A job board specifically advocating for women in the fields of accounting and finance. It was founded in 1938 and is one of the largest groups of its kind for women in accounting, auditing, credit analysts and the like.  They also offer scholarships and events to showcase the skillsets of their members.
